Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
